Mmm, nobody seems to be taking part in the contest as it is and its slightly overdue for a winner to be announced. As soon as its April, should we put the Fannies as the next contest? Then I could announce it and the Mascot Contest in the newsletter, make the MC the featured contest, and that gives people time till the end of April to submit their mascot ideas, and to get cracking on fanon ideas. What do you think? --BobNewbie ^{talk • blog} 17:24, March 15, 2011 (UTC)

I like the idea of a mascot contest, but I doubt you'll get much participation. And I'd try to avoid the same kind of situation that occurred with the Fanon Logo contest. -- LostInRiverview ^{talk · blog} 17:25, March 15, 2011 (UTC)
