:::I believe that the nominations/votes of indefinitely blocked users should not be discarded, as they are technically not bad-faith edits. Even if the nominator/voter is permanently blocked from the wiki, their nomination/vote should remain because the nominee is another user who probably has not been blocked and so legitimately deserves to become featured editor if the community at large agrees.
