At the moment our [[MediaWiki:Community-corner]] says users should add all images to [[:Category:Images|Images]] though this conflicts with the description in the category itself: ''Please place images in subcategories only. Images should be in at least two subcategories, one by license (using a license template) and one by content''. In my opinion the images category should only be used for "I don't know where else to put it images" which can then be sorted later. What are your thoughts? A kind user pointed me to [[:w:c:doom:Special:Upload|The Doom Wiki]] where you can see they have an expanded license dropdown, which puts the images in categories too. I think we should adopt that.
