Thoggus, Dark Emperor of the Sea is a new sculpture in The Sims 3: Ambitions. So far, it has only been obtained by travelling to the past in the Time Machine or from buying it using the buydebug cheat.
Trivia
Thoggus' name, title and mouth tendrils bears resemblance to the evil god Cthulhu in one of H. P. Lovecraft's mythos.
The trident Thoggus holds is often used as a symbol of the ruler of the sea. Classical paintings and sculptures of the Roman god Neptune and the Greek god Poseidon often depict a trident.
