Please stop making speculation if a SIm is related to another because of their surname. Just stating they share the same surname is enough.

His dog [[Lucy Jones|Lucy]] and Alice's dog [[Sam Whitt|Sam]] get together at the end of the game and have three puppies. Throughout most of the story Thomas had helped Alice get through her troubles with debt and the kidnapping of her own dog Sam.
In Open End Classic mode, the family bio says he and Alice have known each other since they were kids. It also says he has had a crush on her ever since they were [[child]]ren but was too nervous to tell her.
Even though none of Thomas' facial features use any of the broken Maxis face templates in [[Create a Sim]], when he grows into an [[elder]], it becomes clear that his facial features are nonetheless broken.
