Thomas Jones is one of the friends of Alice Whitt. They steadily develop a relationship throughout the story. His dog Lucy Jones and Alice's Sam get together at the end of the game and have three puppies. Throughout most of the story Thomas had helped Alice get through her troubles with debt and the kidnapping of her own dog Sam Whitt.
In Open End Classic mode, the family bio says he and Alice have known each other since they were kids.
