The Tri-Var Sorority Household has the pledge sisters Tiffany Sampson, Brittany Upsnott, and Heather Huffington living in a chartered Greek House at Sim State University. The house is, appropriately, known as the Tri-Var House.

Brittany and Heather appear to be more interested in partying, unlike Tiffany, who seems more interested in studying and reading.

Tiffany's a freshman literature major, with the Knowledge aspiration. She appears to have good relationships with her pledge sisters, although all three of them have a crush on Castor Nova. This fact can later lead to drama, but that's left to the player's approach to the game.


Heather is a freshman drama major, with the Romance aspiration. Her crushes are Martin Ruben and Castor Nova.

Brittany is a sophomore drama major. Her aspiration is Popularity, but she's a mean Sim who others don't really want to spend time with. Her bio implies that that's a shell which masks insecurity. She has a crush on Castor Nova.

The House is at Level 2.
