The Tri-Var Sorority Household have the pledge sisters Tiffany Sampson, Brittany Upsnott and Heather Huffington attending the charter at Sim State University.They reside in the sorority lot named, of course the Tri-Var House. Brittany and Heather appear to be more interested in partying, unlike Tiffany, who seems more interested in studying and reading. Tiffany's a literature major, her aspiration is knowledge and she's a freshman. She appears to have good relationships with her pledge sisters, although all three of them have a crush on Castor Nova. This fact can later lead to drama, but it's left to the player's approach to the game. Heather's major is drama. Her aspiration is romance and she's also a freshman. Her crushes are Martin Ruben and Castor Nova. Brittany's major is drama. Her aspiration is popularity and she's a sophomore. She has a crush on Castor Nova.

Tiffany Sampson is a starting Freshman in University, currently in Literature Major. She is seen as a quiet, shy bookworm who nicer than her sisters and doesn't like to, "Make Waves" or, in other words, start double relationships. She is seen as the ambitious one in the sorority, whilst her sisters are more interested in parties. She is the least disliked by Allegra Gorey. Her reasons for joining the sorority is unknown.
Brittany Upsnott

Brittany Upsnott is the self-centered sophomore leader of Tri-Var, studying in Drama. Although she may seem to be serious, she's quite as keen on partying as Heather. Her Biography describes her as a snobby, self-centered, arrogant and bossy person who is really good at hurting feelings. While being the Queen Bee, no one actually wants to spend time with her because of her bossy attitude which shows through her telling her sisters what to do.
Heather Huffington

Considered to be the most annoying and most girlish and careless in the sorority, Heather regards flirting around with boys as a game. She is absolutely uninterested in studying, school and is only at college to party as much as possible before graduation. She is currently in the Drama Major and seems to have the Least filled class performance meter of all the sisters. She has two crushes and opposes TIffany's dislike of. "Making waves". She is the most disliked by Allegra Gorey.
