Unicorns are mystical, magical creatures that can be added into any family. There are two kinds of unicorns:

Good - Good unicorns bless Sims and helps them with gardening.
Bad - Bad unicorns curse Sims, brings them bad luck and starts fires.^[3]

Trivia

When unicorns run, they have a glowing, sparkly kind of mist that trails them. Also, when standing still, a rainbow may autonomously shoot from their mane into the sky (this may only be possible with "good" unicorns).
Unicorns are possibly the fastest creatures in The Sims series so far, because of their incredibly fast running ability that most pets don't have.
Unicorns can breed with horses, though the foal will either be a horse or a unicorn, with a 50% chance of either species.
