About Me

Bork, Bork! My name is of course OoppDecks, as everybody reading this page can see! Why that name? It's sort of a play on the word "Poop Deck". Why I chose the name, I will never know. I enjoy The Sims 2 the most out of the series. I periodically work on my own restoration of Neighborhood 1 from the original Sims game. However, this project is just a minor hobby which may never be completed or released for download. I also love remaking pre-existing Sims, putting my own spin on them, of course. About my profile picture; Yeah, that Sim is modeled after me down to the smallest detail. Took me extra long just to make everything accurate. I started playing in June of 2011 when I got the regular version of "The Sims 2". I am here to write, help out and work on my Sims fanon.

The Sims 2 Moments I Remember/My Biggest Muck-Ups

My Greatest Accomplishments:

• Created an adult, had him marry Nina Caliente, father three children and became an Elder without any cheats or other stuff. Fun guy, started out as a lazy loser living in one of the condos and then transformed into a mansion-dwelling aristocrat.
• Finally managed to build a good Gable roof. (Recent)
• Made several actual custom Neighborhoods, not just poorly placed buildings.
• Created a reasonably accurate Sims rendition of me and my family.

My Greatest Screw-Ups

• Managed to disable buy mode and build mode in the first few minutes in a new save.
• I used to build sparsely furnished, unreasonably huge "houses", running out of funds to buy a darn coffee maker!
• Populated Pleasantview, Strangetown and Veronaville with countless unnecessary, sloppily made versions of me. Seriously, I had parties thrown by Me, with Me, Me and another Me as guests!
• Moved placed lots between neighborhoods. This made me panic and uninstall the game. I stopped playing for months.
