Have 10 Children 15,000 None Some Sims want a huge family. To have this happen, you'll need to make sure your Sim Tries for a Baby very frequently. As well, some of the grown children will need to move to make room for the newcomers, since only 8 Sims can live on a Lot at once.
Have 20 Grandchildren 30,000 None Some Elder Sims measure life by how many grandchildren they have. To get this many grandchildren, your Sim's children will need to spend a lot of time Trying for a Baby, or will need to Adopt several Sims. Look in the Relationship Panel to see which Sims are your Sim's children.
Have a Baby 8,000 None Baby Sims can be a blessing or a curse! To have a baby, get your Sim into a Double Bed or a Hot Tub with a Sim of the opposite sex. Click on the other Sim and choose "Cuddle" and then "Try For Baby". If that isn't available, your Sim's relationship isn't high enough; and if it doesn't happen the first time, keep trying!

Teach (Sim) Potty Training 5,000 None Some Sims love helping a Toddler learn the important things. To have your Sim potty train a Toddler, click on a Potty Chair and then choose "Potty Train" and the name of the Toddler you want to teach.
Teach (Sim) to Talk 5,000 None Giving a Toddler a good start in life makes some Sims feel great. To have your Sim teach a Toddler to Talk, click the Toddler and choose "Teach to Talk".
Teach (Sim) to Walk 5,000 None It's important for some Sims to be there for those first steps. To have your Sim teach a Toddler to Walk, click the Toddler and choose "Teach to Walk".
Be Friends with (Sim) 3,000 None To be a Friend of another Sim, make sure your Sim spends the time to get both Sims' Daily Relationship with each other above 50. Talking, playing games, or even just watching TV together are great ways to get there.
Find a Job 1,000 None Click on a Newspaper and choose "Find a Job". If your Sim already has some skills, try clicking on a Computer and choosing "Find a Job", since the Computer may have jobs that better suit your Sim's qualifications.
Gain a (skill) Skill Point 1,000 None To build a skill, make sure your Sim spends enough time with a skill object. Different objects build different skills; you can see which skill an object builds by looking at the object's description in the Buy Catalog.
Get a job in the (career) Career 1,000 None It's worth holding out for a job that really fits. Click on the Newspaper or Computer and choose "Find a Job". Keep looking each day until the right job comes along.
Get a Promotion 3,000 None Getting ahead at work requires a combination of the right skills, enough friends and a good mood. Look at the Job panel to see how many friends and which skills are required for your Sim to get their next promotion.
Go to Work 750 None You can't expect a paycheck if you don't show up. Sims in a good mood will go meet the carpool by themselves, as long as they aren't involved in other activities. For Sims who don't want to go on their own, click the carpool and choose "Go to Work".
Maximize All Skills 30,000 None Few Sims know everything about everything. To maximize all skills, your Sim will need to build all skills at the expense of nearly every other activity.
Maximize the (skill) Skill 8,000 None To reach the top of a skill level, make sure using a skill object that builds that skill is your Sim's #1 priority. Different objects build different skills; you can see which skill an object builds by looking at the object's description in the Buy Catalog.
Quit Job 500 None Not all Sims are cut out for all Jobs. To have your Sim Quit their Job, click on the Phone and choose "Work" and then "Quit Job".
Reach Top of (career) Career 15,000 None Building the right skills and making friends should be first on this Sim's agenda. Keep knocking down those promotions and you'll be in the corner office before you know it. Look at the Job panel to see how many friends and which skills are required for promotion.
Retire 5,000 None All Careers come to an end eventually. When your Sim is ready to call off the rat race, click on the Phone and choose "Work" and then "Retire".
Stay Home from Work 500 None Sometimes a Sim just needs a day off. When the carpool comes, just cancel the interaction from your Sim's queue before they leave. Check if your Sim has earned vacation time by looking at the Job panel. If they haven't, you may be risking your Sim's job.
Break Up with (Sim) 2,500 None Sometimes a lifelong commitment just isn't right for a Sim. To have your Sim Break Up with another Sim, click on that Sim and choose "Break Up". If "Break Up" isn't available, you'll need to do some work to drive the relationship down.
Get Engaged to (Sim) 5,000 None Getting Engaged is the first step toward a lifelong commitment. To have your Sim propose to another Sim, click on that Sim and choose "Propose" and then "Engagement".
Get Joined to (Sim) 8,000 None Once your Sim is Engaged to another Sim, they can have a commitment ceremony at any time. To have your Sim tie the knot, click on the other Sim and choose "Propose" and then "Joined Union". Or click on the Wedding Arch and choose "Join Union"
