Hello Simmers!

Yesterday, SimGuruSarah (Sarah Holding) made a stunning but simple announcement, confirming the existence of The Sims 44! Yes, you read that correctly - The Sims Forty-four! The only bit of information we have so far is that the game will allow players to cook Grilled Cheese. No doubt we will wait with eager anticipation as more information is made public about The Sims 44 prior to launch. Rumor has it that weather and pets will still unfortunately not be included in TS44, even forty editions after our current generation. However, I anticipate that a number of expansion packs are already in development for TS44 which will remedy this problem.

Based on EA's pattern of releasing a new Sims game every five years, we can all expect to see The Sims 44 hit store shelves, Steam and Origin sometime in the year 2214. I personally expect EA to begin accepting pre-orders for it soon. I can't wait!
