From The Sims Wiki, a collaborative database for The Sims series

Absolutely not. Where did the assumption that the people who run a wiki are necessarily fans of the subjects they're covering? Nothing in the definition remotely suggests that. You would not consider Wikipedia editors "fans" of whatever they were covering. And the merger with The Sims Fanon Wiki was not done because of "fandom", but because the Fanon Wiki was declining in popularity and a merger would help alleviate issues with having to redirect users wanting to create fanon to an entirely different wiki. Our main purpose has always been to be an encyclopedia about The Sims, and although our Fanon namespace is popular, it's not the bulk of who we are. We have 9020 pages in the mainspace and 4695 fanon pages. Content articles still greatly supersedes the amount of fanon articles that we have. We still enforce a separation between our content articles, which we are most well known for, and our fanon articles, which isn't central to who we are. Our very own main page writes that we are a "collaborative encyclopedia" and not a "fan site".

I can't understand why you came over here to basically redefine who we are. You're one person, with a conflict of interest too.
