Making households from The Sims 2 in the Sims 3 was nice at first, but they began to do it so much in such an unrealistic way it's annoying.

Also, the fact that they alterady have relationships with their spouses from childhood. I don't know about most people, but I'm certainly sure that you don't become friends with your future spouse since childhood - though I'd love that. Hehe.
