You don't want to do that. See, if you install Double Deluxe, the latest EP you have is Nightlife. Install a later EPs, and you will need to use its disc and shortcut. So, if you install University, you still use Double Deluxe, but if you install OFB, you use the OFB disc and shortcut. You don't need to keep the shortcuts for the earlier Packs, but if I understand what you say you want to do, you can't do it, and trying is not a good idea.
