You don't have the authority to issue blocks, so you can't tell people that they will receive a block. As an alternative, you can say something like 'if you don't stop, you will be reported to an administrator' then tell an administrator if it continues. -- LostInRiverview talk · blog 17:36, October 31, 2010 (UTC)

- I just saw that. JEA13 is taking care of that, it seems.
