Since the *.exe didn't work well for you, I've uploaded the extracted skins for Sim File Share. This set consists of 7 heads and 9 bodies. Previews included.

The EA Sports outfit and Sid Meier's skins were shipped with The Sims Complete Collection, but all the others were left behind.
