Regarding the moving of family and keeping relationship, if talking strictly TS3, then yes and no. TS3 families lose relationships to others when they are ported into the library, but will keep relationships between themselves. However, NRaas porter can circumvent that issue with multiple families and interfamilial relationships. As for the original appearance photos, do you mean the screenshots such as that in {{Fanon|Nadia Saint}}? If that's the case, S3PE or SimsPE depending on the TS you're using should do the trick.
