help please!!!

Guys, i dont know if im on the right page.well im sort of having problems in playing sims im stuck in the mission where i had to be in Division47 and to 'CONFRONT MISTER SMITH at night ouside".Ive waited for hours and keep checking on him but he whould never come out from the laboratory to go outside.that's the only goal i have to finish to continue the game.please if you know send me email to

I don't think many people here have the Sims PSP version, and I honestly think your best bet would be to find a forum that focuses around it. While we do have a few pages on the console versions it's not very extensive.
