There is an Ard's Leisure Centre from the Vacation Island on the Sims If Livin Large, House Party, Hot Date, Unleashed, Superstar is installed. But more Objects feature if The Sims Makin Magic is Installed.
- No, there is not. The picture you uploaded is obviously of a real-life location, so it is, IMO, unlikely that Maxis would have included it. Also, installing other expansion packs does not affect which lots appear in a community area, though it may affect how they appear. Someone may have created an Ard's Leisure Centre as a Vacation Island lot, but I have never heard of one appearing in any language version or regional version. Therefore, consider yourself warned.
