Could you roll [[Trait (The Sims 3)]] back to the June 27 version? There's two edits containing speculative information. Yes? In response to what? This message seems abit random. Anyway, it's already on [[The Sims Wiki:Project Message template standardization]] pending editing once that project takes more shape. :I also started {{t|Countdown}}. It's supposed to be a stripped down version so you only get the numbers. This way you can insert it in and where you want. It's still under development as I'm not quite sure about which timezones it accepts. PST (Pacific Standard Time - North Americs) and UTC seems to work. It needs more testing and looking at what <nowiki>class:countdown</nowiki> does would be helpful. :::Wow... that's a pretty long list. lol, it looks like I picked a perfect time to go to bed! I'll take a look at them the next chance I have, but I'm really tired and I'm calling it a night. == Countdown Test ==

Example date: September 15, 2010, 12:34 pm (UTC)

With the introduction of Daylight Saving time (or 'Summer Time'), matters are complicated as times in participating areas are an hour ''ahead'' of 'standard time'. So, where the Eastern time zone is typically 5 hours behind UTC (if it's 5:00 pm at Greenwich, it's only Noon in New York), during Daylight Saving (early March to early November), this is an hour shorter (4 hours behind)

For North American users, I will be testing all 6 United States time zones, as well as the Canadian 'Atlantic Time Zone' during the period of daylight saving time - September 15th. To complicate matters, the state of Hawaii, which is an hour behind Alaska during standard time, is at the same time as Alaska during daylight saving, since Hawaii doesn't follow the practice. Therefore, the zones being tested are:

<s>UTC -3 -- Atlantic Daylight Time (ADT)</s>

UTC -4 -- Eastern Daylight Time (EDT)

UTC -5 -- Central Daylight Time (CDT)

UTC -6 -- Mountain Daylight Time (MDT)

UTC -7 -- Pacific Daylight Time (PDT)

<s>UTC -8 -- Alaska Daylight Time (AKDT)</s>

<s>UTC -9 -- Hawaii Aleutian Standard Time (HAST)</s>

UTC-0 -- Coordinated Universal Time (Greenwich time) (UTC)

<s>UTC+1 -- Central European Time (CET) / UTC+2 -- Central European Summer Time (CEST)</s>

Took the liberty of adding CET, it's my timezone and the only one I know. This should probably be moved, copied or linked to on the template talk page. Glad to hear it. First priority is basically just to discuss the layout of the base template in manual of style talk. The more feedback and user comments we get, the better, though truth be told, I only see about 5-6 people interested in site maintenance and even we can't be everywhere at once. Whoops, sorry, I just thought I'd add that since they had vandalized [[Tycho Curious]] along with the user page. I won't do that again. --[[User:Sparrowsong|Sparrowsong]] 17:56, July 14, 2010 (UTC)
