When it came to head and body skins, Maxis really shorted kids in TS1. Billy Hatfield and Daniel Pleasant do look pretty much alike, but if you look closely, Billy has lighter hair. You need to zoom in to really see the hair on the boy in the pic, but if you zoom to 200%, you can see it w/o losing much detail. when I do, it's too light to be Daniel's, but could be Billy's.
