Are you sure that Vlad Shilick is named Vladimir, if not you have put fake info into articles and that is reason to warning/block? "Vlad" is only his nickname. If you actually go onto his household and scroll over his name it clearly Vladimir Schlick. I apologize if I have offended you in any way, I was merely trying to help add correct information the the wiki.
