As for your question, anybody can '''vote''' in the [[The Sims Wiki:Battles|battles]], even with an IP (as long as they're not doing it to vote multiple times for one thing). We do imply the [[The Sims Wiki:Assume good faith|AGF]] rule for most situations and even though you did change the battle in good faith with your IP, you had ignored warnings and used your account for the same thing - hence your block. |

Apology accepted and I'm happy that you have realised what you did wrong. :)
As for your question, anybody can vote in the battles, even with an IP (as long as they're not doing it to vote multiple times for one thing). We do imply the AGF rule for most situations and even though you did change the battle in good faith with your IP, you had ignored warnings and used your account for the same thing - hence your block.
