Apology accepted and I'm happy that you have realised what you did wrong. :)

As for your question, anybody can '''vote''' in the [[The Sims Wiki:Battles|battles]], even with an IP (as long as they're not doing it to vote multiple times for one thing). We do imply the [[The Sims Wiki:Assume good faith|AGF]] rule for most situations and even though you did change the battle in good faith with your IP, you had ignored warnings and used your account for the same thing - hence your block.
