Need help? The Community Portal has an outline of the site, and pages to help you learn how to edit. You may also try asking for help on the IRC channel, where some users may be able to help you!
Want someone to guide you along the way? Check out our user adoption program which is designed to help out new and possibly inexperienced users like yourself.
Spotted some vandalism? We have a team of administrators who will happily deal with vandalism when they see it. If you have found some vandalism from a user who hasn't been sanctioned, you can help by reporting it!

Re: Simbio[edit source]

I assume you mean the bio infoboxes. When a Sim has appeared in several games, it often happens that the infobox for any one version of the Sim is longer than the written text for that version. So, it is not practical to have the infoboxes linked to the text sections. Also, having all the infobox wikicode at the start makes it easier to maintain, at least in my opinion.

Also, please keep in mind that that layout was developed before Wikia introduced Fluid Layout. It may be something that needs to be looked at again now that Fluid Layout is here. However, Fluid Layout has to accommodate everything from mobile devices (or at least tablets), though older displays that people keep for various reasons, all the way to up-to-date widescreens. Something that looks fine on most displays may still have problems at maximum width, or on a mobile screen. However, something that's optimized for the Latest and Greatest may look bad on a display that's less than that -- and most people will have less than the Latest and Greatest.
