The Surf Club is a community lot located on the shores of Vista Beach from The Sims 3 (Wii).

Before the Surf Club was built, there was a house that belonged to a married couple who were 72 years old. When the husband died of unknown reasons, the wife moved away to a retirement home. She left her grandson the deed to the house. The grandson knocked down the house and built a surf club because he loved to surf. Now he is known by everyone, and he makes a lot of money teaching people to surf. [confirmation needed]
