Also, you can find one in "The Mysterious Hut" in Twikii Island. If you fix all of the Witch Doctor's things in the house, he'll reward you with a meal and a voodoo doll. Make sure your sim has enough mechanical and logic to prevent death. |

There is also a high chance that the voodoo doll will backfire on the sim who used it.
