The voodoo doll appears in The Sims: Living Large and as a reward for visiting a hidden lot in Sims 2: Bon Voyage. The voodoo doll has only mundane uses. A Sim can use the voodoo doll on someone he or she dislikes who is in the house with them (although it cannot be used on children). There is also a high chance that the voodoo doll will backfire on the sim who used it. In Bon Voyage, 5 voodoo dolls may be collected on the same shelf, nearby sims will imagine they are being attacked by bees. Also, you can find one in "The Mysterious Hut" in Twikii Island. If you fix all of the Witch Doctor's things in the house, he'll reward you with a meal and a voodoo doll. Make sure your sim has enough mechanical and logic to prevent death.
