The voodoo doll has no real use, apart from sadistic pleasure. A Sim can use the voodoo doll on someone he or she dislikes who is in the house with them (although it cannot be used on children). If the voodoo doll victim is in the same room as the one using it, they will come over and slap the Sim who used it.
