Weak Constitution is a Fatal Flaw featured in The Sims Medieval. Like all Fatal Flaws, it can be replaced with a Legendary Trait via certain Quests.

• Sims with this trait will often be unable to "hold down" their food, and proceed to expel it upon eating. Sims with this trait also are more likely to catch diseases
