William Townsend is a pre-created Sim that only appear on The Sims 2: Pets (console) for PlayStation 2, Nintendo GameCube, and Wii. He lives in Paw Valley Road with his wife Linda Townsend and their two dogs Fauntleroy and Henrietta. He and his wife run a dog breeding business that is going great due the fact that they are the richest family of Whiskerton, having around 9000 in funds while most of the other families have around 1000 to 3000.
His bio states:
Leaving the city was tough for Townsend. He had never experienced the quiet sublimity of a starry sky. He therefore never missed it when he installed his industrial grade security system, complete with 120 decibel cow bell. After receiving numerous complaints, the town council immediately legislated the Townsend Act, which made it a crime for Townsend to be a jerk. He removed the system.
