Game The Sims 2: Open for Business

32 Eagle Lane is a residential lot that appears in Bluewater Village, from The Sims 2: Open for Business. It is the home of the Tinker family.

The lot contains a two-story house and a large garden. On the ground floor there is a living room, a kitchen, a bathroom, a dining room and a large hallway with a piano. On the first floor there are two bedrooms, one belonging to Stephen and Wanda and the other to Melody. There is also a home gym and another bathroom, which contains a toilet and a bath but, oddly, no sink. There is also telescope which can be found pointing out of one of the windows.

Though the garden contains various trees, shrubs, flowers and a swing set, it is still fairly empty. There is also a small separate building containing a toymaking bench and some shelves, which could be interpreted as a small workshop or as somewhere for the Tinkers to begin a home business.
