Unlike normal showers, Sims won't change their clothes before entering the all-in-one bathroom, unless they were singed. Sims also puke with the same animation as using it; by entering and closing the door behind. The all-in-bathroon when broken, it cannot be fairy repair regardless of the Fairy's fairy magic skill level.
