Allegra is a bleeding heart romantic but you wouldn't know that from looking at her. She dislikes the entire sorority as a matter of principle and sticks to her own small circle of friends instead.
Allegra is said to be a "bleeding heart romantic, but you wouldn't get that from looking at her." She wants to go to college to have fun and earn good grades, but one feature of campus life she doesn't care for is the Tri-Var Sorority household, which she dislikes "on principle." Exactly what that means is not explained, though it could mean she has a grudge against sororities in general.
Allegra is shy and serious, but quite active. She has a number of strong interests: politics, health, travel, weather, the environment, and the paranormal. She does not enjoy talking about sports, fashion, toys, or sci-fi. According to her biography, she is selfless and kind, and shows it by thanking people and helping people.
Even though Allegra is in her first semester of the Freshman year, her average is 0, which is impossible because she hasn't gone through her final exam. Normally, the GPA for first-semester Freshmen is blank. This happens with her roommate Martin as well.
Her last name may be a reference to the writer and illustrator Edward Gorey. "Allegro" is a musical direction calling for a brisk, lively tempo, and means "cheerful" in Italian. "Allegra" is the feminine form.
Additionally, some players think her name may be a play on the word "allegory", which means "a representation of an abstract or spiritual meaning through concrete or material forms," or even on Al Gore. If she becomes pregnant after becoming an adult, her hairstyle will be different while the pregnancy is visible.
Allegra is 45 hours away from the final exam in her first semester, when the Bright household is first played. When editing in SimPE, her zodiac sign is not recognized.
