Angelic is a toddler trait in The Sims 4.

"Idyllic, easygoing Toddlers. They are never defiant and they don't throw a tantrum. They can easily talk to strangers."

Attributes

It allows toddlers to be easy to make friends with. Just like the Clingy trait, Angelic toddlers become sad when tired or hungry, but will get angry if being lectured by an evil adult sim or a child hating sim. as stated by the description, they are not defiant and rarely throw tantums. they are easygoing which means that they do not like it when a teen or adult play too roughly.
