Animal control is a service in The Sims: Unleashed that can be called over the phone when Henri LeStanc or El Bandito appear on the lot. After being called, Animal Control Evan will come by shortly afterwards to capture the pest; build and buy mode will be disabled during this time. Once the animal is captured, the household will be charged and he will leave.
