Anne Norman (née Anjou) is the mother of Albany Capp. She died before the start of the game. Anne and her husband died as adults like the deceased parents of many Veronaville sims, yet according to the memories of her son, she died after the birth of her youngest grandchild, Ariel.

She shares an outfit with the late Francisca Pantalone and Maria Arlecchino, both of Veronaville.

Note: Lady Anne was a character in Shakespeare's biographical play, "Richard III."

There is a hidden picture of her that can be found in game files such as SimPE, this one is quite different from her, showing Anne as an elder with a different hairstyle. It is unknown why does the picture exist, though this happens with many more Veronaville Sims.
