The Annex is a rabbit hole featured in The Sims 3: University Life. It is also a part of stadium.
Gameplay description
Sims can attend the handiness class and visiting the annex. They can receive a moodlet: Boring Conversation or Educated. The annex is also held a graduation ceremony when a Sim's trimester is finish.
There's a bug that a Sim can't be graduated and doesn't receive an extra trait.[1]
