Baby is the first life stage in The Sims, The Sims 2, The Sims 3, and The Sims 4 (excluding pregnancy, in the case of the latter games). It is also present in The Sims Stories series, and The Sims Medieval, which are spin-offs of The Sims 2 and The Sims 3, respectively, and in The Sims FreePlay.
There are no premade babies in The Sims series, although some premade Sims start out pregnant. Babies cannot be made in Create a Sim.
Babies grow into toddlers in The Sims 2, The Sims Stories, The Sims 3, The Sims FreePlay and up to newest versions of The Sims 4, while they grow into children in The Sims and The Sims Medieval.

👶👶 Babies are called Infants and can only interact with teens adults and elders. Babies are unlocked by completing the two and a half sims quest. Your first baby is free but after that they each cost 3 lifestyle points.To order a baby (after you have completed the two and a half sims quest) you tap on a cot in a married sims house (this will not work if the married sims already have two children or you have the maximum sim count)there should be a person symbol which is blue press on it and it will say add baby which will cost 3 lifestyle points.

Infants always have the same facial structure but can change their skin colour (there is a choice of 6 shades) and eye colour, there are plenty of infant clothes and if you complet the musiciall of expression hobby on time you unlocked a baby jumper.👕👕

Sadly, infant only have one hobby which is the musical expression hobby .when you complete the nanny knows best quest you start the hobby.There a six levels1️⃣2️⃣3️⃣4️⃣5️⃣6️⃣🎵🎵🎵🎶🎶🎶 and you can hear the infant playing (but don't worry it does get better) if you complete the musicial expression hobby you have played all the tunes (there are 12) in a week.
Nanny knows best
This is a discovery quest which starts roughly a day after your first infant is born . Nanny Williams tells your sims to do a number of thing such as relax with you infant and sometimes cleans up mess when your sims child can be ever so messy 🤦♀️🤦♂️ After all, your infants are no angels 👼😈. There always tears 😭 when it's times to hug the nanny go👋👋
