Bailey Fortuna is a Sim from The Sims Life Stories. He is the deceased husband of Fiona Fortuna and the father of Madison Fortuna. At first his beard may look unused but it's shaped like that only because of his and Fiona's special face structure.

Though he is deceased, he has a premade bio. This may mean that he was originally meant to be playable.

He died after they had Madison, so Fiona is now a widow.
