Bart Pittman is a pre-made Sim who worked as the machine operator on the Queen Solomon. The protagonist Sim finds him on Dead Man's Cove, close to death. Bart dies of starvation, but before perishing, he reveals Winford Rhinehart's plans of becoming an immortal god. After his death, Bart Pittman's tombstone can be moved from Dead Man's Cove to the player Sim's house.
It is likely that Bart put some effort on survival, as a basic tent and campfire can be seen at his place of death.
Bart's name sounds similar to the famous actor, Brad Pitt.
