Bartholomew Bell is a premade deceased Sim from The Sims 2: FreeTime. He is the husband of Ruth Bell, the father of Issac Bell, and the grandfather of Daniel Bell. He died shortly after Issac grew up into an adult. He didn't teach any toddler skills to Issac.
