Berkeley Clodd is an Urb residing in Miniopolis. He is a conman and has committed several crimes with Giuseppi Mezzoalto. He is apparently on the run from the cops at times from various scams he pulls and enjoys tricking people for Sim whenever he gets the chance.
He gives the player one of the early quests in the game; attending an Auction and buying a Shrunken Head. After giving him the item, he rewards you with a hoverboard to use.
He is a Sim from the carnival, which is mentioned in the game.
