'''Bess Sterling''' is a pre-made [[Sim]] who resides in [[Evergreen Harbor]], the [[world]] introduced in ''[[The Sims 4: Eco Lifestyle]]''. She resides with her boyfriend [[Jules Rico]] in The Old Mill of [[Port Promise]]. She is also one of the new NPCs, who could help your Sim with neighbourhood action plans.
According to her family biography, she is an ambitious Civil Designer aiming at developing her neighborhood. Despite having a Fortune [[Aspiration (The Sims 4)|aspiration]], Bess has the collector [[Trait_(The_Sims_4)#Bonus_traits|bonus trait]] instead of the business savvy bonus trait.
Sometimes when playing a different household, your Sim may receive a call from Bess asking you for some funds to help her get started on a new project. You can choose to help or not. She'll continue to call and ask for more Simoleons and you can stop giving it to her at any time, at which point she'll apologize and repay the Simoleons you gave to her. If you continue to give Simoleons, at least sometimes her business will flourish and she pays you half of the earnings, §25,000. Additionally, if your sim invests, and her business flourishes, you will get a weekly payment from the business' earnings.
