The strings viewed from SimPE show that the Big Boss scenario is a little similar to the headmaster scenario. Sims must invite them for dinner and show him around for a house tour. Sims don't need to schmooze them however. Earning enough points to win the scenario will grant the Sim a big bonus, while losing the scenario will give job performance penalty. The Big Boss was an NPC originally intended to be included in The Sims 2. Not much is known about him, except he was going to have a role in the Killed Boss scenario.[citation needed] Both him and the scenario were removed in the final release of the game.

The big bonus is probably replaced with high-level careers chance card which also grants a big amount of money and a special memory.
