Bill Sim is a Tutorial Sim, featured in The Sims 2 tutorial. He was the husband of Bunny Sim, the father of Betty Sim, and the maternal grandfather of Tutorial Joe Sim. Oddly, Bill has the same last name as his son-in-law's family. He has the exact same facial structure, eye color, skin color and hairstyle as Homer Chesterson.
