Bing Bling is a playable Sim in the The Sims Bustin' Out. Schmoozy and boozy, he's a party animal that subsidizes his lifestyle by running Club Rubb where he can party 24/7. Part dance fiend, part DJ, Bing's pants are a walking party waiting to happen.
Bing is the main Sim that is shown throughout the intro to the game as at the beginning, he rides a scooter with Mona Lott. He can also be seen being the DJ in another scene and at the end of the intro he can be seen kissing Mona.
Bing and Mona tend to cuss a lot. As aggravating as it is no goals are affected by this.
Bing also works as a Soap Opera star in the Movie Star Career track.

- He has the exact same personality as Mona Lott.
- When you first load Club Rubb, there is a glitch where his sign is Pisces, but he is actually a Sagittarius. It will change the next time you load Club Rubb. The same applies to Mona Lott.
- One of the goals in Bustin' Out is to beat Bing in a game of pool. This suggests that he's one of the best players in town, if not the best.
