He was the son of [[Pop Sim|Pop]], and [[Dorothy Sim]], the husband of [[Betty Sim]], the father of [[Tutorial Joe Sim]], and father-in-law to [[Tutorial Jane Sim]]. He and his wife's names is derived from a member of the original tutorial family, [[Bob Newbie]] and [[Betty Newbie]] respectively. He looks like a biker. Oddly his clothes are still in the Sim family wardrobe. His parents both have blue eyes, but he has gray eyes.
