Sims must knock in the skeleton closet to summon her out.
The object can be found under the alarms catalog (sorted by room), or in the miscellaneous entertainment (sorted by function) of Buy mode. She can be called out of the cabinet remotely on the lot.
The Bonehilda coffin is an object in The Sims: Makin' Magic and The Sims 3: Supernatural. The coffins contain bonehilda, hence the name, that can be awaken from by a Sim to do chores.
