The Box of Mystery is an object introduced in The Sims 3: Showtime. It is a box that Sims in the Magician career receive when they reach level 3, and which they can use to perform illusions "Swords of Destiny" and "Vanish Sims". Sims can also WooHoo in the Box of Mystery.
It is also possible to die from the Box of Mystery if the magician is unlucky enough, and it's only possible if the magician pulls the "Swords of Destiny".
